What can we do with tenant that has so many teenager visitors and hanging out outside the door and on stairs?

We own a four family house and we occupied the 1 unit while the others are occupied by tenants.on the first door they got teenager and his friends are hanging out everyday outside the door and sitting on stairs, they are blocking the way and they are noisy most of the time.unfortunately we dont have a lease.shall I report it to the police?

Yes you do since the Law considers them month to month. In writing, sent Certified mail, issue a warning to the adult tenants. 1. No One loiters on your property. 2. Your property is not a teen club nor a social meeting place. 3. There will be NO use of the builing or property for Hanging Out.
This is your warning, failure to comply and the police will be called and eviction proceedings started.
If you are on speaking terms with the tenant then deliver the message verbally with mom or dad but let them know the letter still being sent.
Lay down the rules now or you are in for a miserable summer.
